Kristy's Statement

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when unexpected challenges or daily stressors start to pile up. If you’ve found yourself here, you’ve already taken an important step—choosing to seek support for yourself.
 
My goal is to help you ease those heavy burdens, find healthy ways to cope, and create space for more peace, joy, and balance in your life.
 
As a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, I understand how deeply loss and life changes can impact your well-being. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both adolescents and adults as they through grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and the everyday challenges that come with simply being human. In our work together, I use a variety of approachessuch as Trauma-Focused CBT, Brainspotting, EMDR, DBT, Positive Psychology, and more—always tailoring the process to what right for you.
 
Healing looks different for everyone, and I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you discover your own path forward.
 
You don’t have to go through this alone. With the right, it is possible to feel lighter, more grounded, and ready to embrace life fully.
